TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to "Rinaztec Academy". These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

"Rinaztec Academy" provides online video classes on Claude, ChatGPT and related AI tools. A free account includes access to the classes marked free, plus the first lesson of each paid class. Joining The Full Stack AI Developer Bootcamp grants lifetime access to every class, including those added later.

2. Usage Rights

  • Users are granted personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access to the class materials
  • Sharing or distributing video content or code files is strictly prohibited
  • While our support team will reply to emails, individual 1-on-1 long-term support is not guaranteed

3. Free Trial And Payment

The Full Stack AI Developer Bootcamp starts with a free trial.

  • Length of the free trial: 14 days, starting on the day you enter your card details.
  • What you are charged during the trial: nothing.
  • What happens at the end of the trial: on day 15 the card you provided is charged $997 (US dollars) once, unless you have cancelled before then.
  • This is a single payment, not an ongoing subscription. You are charged once. Nothing recurs, and no further payment is ever taken for the bootcamp.
  • What the payment buys: lifetime access to every class on the site, including classes added after you join.
  • Our payment processor is Stripe, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by us. For technical reasons a free trial can only be offered through Stripe's recurring billing, so your receipt may display an annual interval. The recurring arrangement is cancelled automatically as soon as the single payment is taken, and you will not be charged a second time.
  • Prices are stated in US dollars. Depending on where you live, your card issuer may apply a currency conversion, and local sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

Cancelling during the free trial

You can cancel at any point before the 14 days are up, and you will not be charged anything at all.

  • Cancel from the Billing page in your account. It is a single button, and it takes effect immediately.
  • You do not need to give a reason, send an email, or speak to anyone.
  • After cancelling you keep your free account and the classes marked free, exactly as they were.

4. Your Legal Right To Cancel

The paragraphs below are your rights under the law. They apply in addition to anything else in these Terms, and nothing in these Terms reduces them.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase made at a distance within 14 days, without giving a reason. Where the law entitles you to a refund, we will refund you to your original payment method.

For digital content, this right can end early if you ask for the content to be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you are giving the right up. Where that applies, we will ask you for that acknowledgement explicitly at the time, rather than relying on this page.

To exercise this right, or if you believe you are entitled to a refund under it, email riaz@rinaztec.com with the email address on your account. You may use the model cancellation form provided by law, but you do not have to.

If you are a consumer somewhere other than the UK or the EU, you keep whatever equivalent rights the law of the country you live in gives you.

5. Refunds Outside Those Rights

Other than the legal rights described in section 4, payments for the bootcamp are final. We do not offer a separate voluntary refund window.

This is why the trial exists. You have 14 days to look at what is here, read the plan and decide, before any money is taken.

6. The Bootcamp Is Sold Before It Opens

The Full Stack AI Developer Bootcamp is sold in advance of delivery, at a founding price lower than the price it will be sold at afterwards.

  • Nothing is delivered on the day your payment is taken. The classes, the project repositories and the weekly calls all open together on 31 October 2026.
  • What you are paying for is lifetime access from that date, at the founding price.
  • The founding price is $997 and the price after opening will be $1,997. If that changes, the price you paid does not change with it.

If we do not deliver on that date, that is a failure to supply what you paid for, and your consumer rights in respect of it are unaffected by section 5. Email riaz@rinaztec.com and we will resolve it with you.

"Lifetime" means for as long as Rinaztec Academy operates the platform. If we ever have to close it, we will tell you by email with as much notice as we can, and make the class materials you paid for available to download.

7. User Data

  • We collect your name, email, and payment information as part of our service
  • Non-personal data, such as cookies, may also be collected
  • For details, refer to our Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

9. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Any updates will be communicated via email
  • A change made after you join does not change the price you agreed, the opening date you joined under, or your rights under section 4

10. Who You Are Buying From, Complaints And Contact

[FILL THIS IN BEFORE GOING LIVE] UK and EU consumer law requires the seller's trading name, geographic postal address and contact email to appear here. If you trade as a limited company, add the registered company name and number. If you trade as an individual, your own name and a postal address where you can be reached. This is a legal requirement, not a formality, and it is the one thing on this page nobody but you can supply.
