Welcome to "Rinaztec Academy"! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

"Rinaztec Academy" provides online video classes on Claude, ChatGPT and related AI tools. A free account includes access to the classes marked free; purchasing Pro grants lifetime access to all classes, including those added later.

2. Usage Rights

• Users are granted personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access to the class materials
• Sharing or distributing video content or code files is strictly prohibited
• While our support team will reply to emails, individual 1-on-1 long-term support is not guaranteed

3. Refund Policy

There are two ways to get a refund, and you may use whichever applies to you:

1. 7-day no-questions-asked. Within 7 days of purchase, email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
2. 30-day completion guarantee. Between 8 and 30 days after purchase, you can still request a full refund provided you have completed 100% of at least one class and are not satisfied with it.

After 30 days, purchases are final. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

4. User Data

• We collect your name, email, and payment information as part of our service
• Non-personal data, such as cookies, may also be collected

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
